Kasey O'Haren, OT & Owner at Roots to Thrive,  is offer surfing lessons for neurodiverse boys ages 8-11 and neurodiverse girls (8+). Surfing is a fun way to work on balance, coordination, mindfulness, sensory processing (especially if there are tactile issues with sand), executive function, problem solving, emotional regulation and self-esteem. Groups: $100 per person for 1 hour. Individual: $150 per person per 1 hour. To register or learn more, contact Kasey@rootstothriveot.com
