Kasey O'Haren, OT & Owner at Roots to Thrive,  is offer surfing lessons for neurodiverse boys ages 8-11 and neurodiverse girls (8+). Surfing is a fun way to work on balance, coordination, mindfulness, sensory processing (especially if there are tactile issues with sand), executive function, problem solving, emotional regulation and self-esteem.
